Company Documentation Checklist
All registered and incorporated businesses applying to FACTOR must file company documentation. FACTOR must be notified immediately of any changes relating to company documentation (ie. new financials, change of shareholders, etc.).

Become A FACTOR Juror
If you are interested in becoming accredited as a FACTOR juror, please send completed forms to juror@factor.ca along with your CV. If you have difficulties with the Word/DOCX file below, please download the PDF version and fill it out by hand. The PDF can then be scanned and attached to your email, or mailed to our office.

DBA List
Direct Board Approval Companies are record labels with proven track records that are directly-approved for funding by FACTOR’s Board of Directors. Companies are reviewed annually for eligibility and their performance is weighed against that of peer companies to establish funding levels. Eligible companies have access to funding for sound recordings and the marketing & promotion of projects by Canadian Artists.
