Letters of Intent must be submitted at least six weeks prior to anticipated formal application. If the Letter of Intent is approved, applications may be submitted and must be a minimum of three months prior to event taking place. Applications are assessed on a quarterly basis by FACTOR staff and submitted for board review.

  • Period One Deadline: May 22, 2025, for events occurring between August 1 and November 30, 2025.
  • Period Two Deadline: September 18, 2025, for events occurring between December 1 and March 31, 2026.
  • Period Three Deadline: January 19, 2026, for events occurring between April 1 and July 31, 2026.
  • Period Four Deadline: May 18, 2026, for events occurring between August 1 and November 30, 2026.
