In 2018, the FACTOR Board of Directors developed a mission statement on Diversity and Inclusion. As part of this work, FACTOR is collecting demographic data from applicants who choose to self-identify in 5 demographic categories.
We strongly encourage applicants who are currently in the FACTOR system as well as those who may be a future applicant, to fill in the demographic survey on our portal. This survey will pop up when you create your profiles in the FACTOR system. The survey is optional but important as it helps FACTOR evaluate the current state of program access to better understand and address systemic gaps and barriers.
