FACTOR maintains an office and staff in downtown Toronto, along with representation from Regional Education Coordinators located across Canada. We are governed by a Board of Directors with representatives from both the radio broadcast and the independent music sectors, with consultation from our National Advisory Board – which is comprised of representatives from the provincial and territorial members of the Canadian Council of Music Industry Associations, the Canadian Independent Music Association, Music Publishers Canada, the Music Managers Forum, the Canadian Live Music Association, and the Songwriters Association of Canada.
