Igniter Songwriting Camp Calgary FEB 17-19

February 17-19 in Calgary: The Songwriters Association of Canada x Country Music Alberta present the Igniter Songwriting Camp. This initiative aims to nurture emerging talent across Canada, providing collaboration opportunities with professional artists, songwriters, and producers in local communities, helping to build regional creative hubs.

Featuring three producers, 6 songwriters, and taking place at OCL Studios, the goal is to work on new music together, alternating producers and writing groups each day.

Interested songwriters can apply to be one of the 6 songwriter participants at this link.

Applicants can be either Songwriter/Artists or Songwriters.

Songwriters of any level are welcome. You must be a Country Music Alberta or Songwriters Association of Canada member to apply. Submissions must be received by January 21, 2026. Apply today!
