Keychange Talent Leadership Program 2026

Keychange, the global movement working towards full gender equality in the music industry, has announced 44 new participants of their Talent Leadership Program (TLP).

TLP is a training program to support underrepresented talents to lead collective actions and create a better, more inclusive music industry for present and future generations. FACTOR is proudly lead funder of Keychange’s work in Canada.

The current TLP participants have been selected from a total of 255 applications received from 25 countries and include six Canadian leaders:

• Annalie Bonda (ON)
• Denise Thomas (ON)
• Jessica Blain-Descormiers (QC)
• Kayla Cooper (NT)
• Megan McKay (AB)
