Keychange TLP 2026 Mentors announced

Keychange – the global movement working towards a total restructure of the music industry in reaching full gender equality – has announced the Talent Leadership Program (TLP) Mentors for 2026, a powerful and diverse group of industry leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across the global music ecosystem – including Canadians Jinting Zhao, Carly McFadden, Andrea Vincent, Kathryn Waugh, Elise Milani, Jacelyn Holmes, and Shauna Watson.

These mentors will accompany and support participants of the Keychange Talent Leadership Program – an initiative designed to empower underrepresented voices to drive systemic change and shape a more inclusive, equitable music industry.

The mentors will offer one-on-one guidance, support networks, and provide invaluable insights over the course of the year. With their support, the next generation of leaders will be equipped to reimagine the future of music – and lead the way forward.

Canadian participants of the 2026 TLP are: Andy Glydon (PE), Annalie Bonda (ON), Denise De’ion (ON), Jessica Blain-Descormiers (QC), Kayla Cooper (NT), and Megan McKay (AB).
