FACTOR’s support has had a huge impact on my career, turning my ambitions into reality. In addition to funds from selling my beloved Mini Cooper, the Juried Sound Recording: Album investment support helped me record my debut album with some of the best musicians in Canada (including JUNO-nominated platinum awarded producer Thomas McKay, Michael Buble’s former MD Gene Hardy on saxophone & drummer Davide Direnzo) to bring my dream of a making a modern Pop album with ‘60s Soul and British Rock inspiration to life. The marketing support helped me hire an international team to promote my music in Canada and in the UK/Europe – where I garnered praise in Rolling Stone, Wonderland and EARMILK among others.

Since releasing my music, I’ve had over 250k streams, won the Amazing Radio UK Audience Poll, received airplay on radio in UK/Germany/Netherlands and the remix of my single ‘Bang Bang Baby’ reached #7 on the Commercial Pop Top 30 of the UK Club Charts, and I’ve attracted a full-time artist manager – all this as an independent artist! I can’t wait to release my second album this year, perform shows on both sides of the Atlantic, and broadcast my music on CBC Music.
