Don Amero

This past year has been a prolific time for 3x JUNO nominee, Don Amero, as he transitioned to and released his first album, EVOLUTION, within the country music genre.

This new direction has proven very positive as Don has recently signed a record deal with MDM Recordings Inc. and is preparing to release his first project with the label.

Recent accomplishments include performing on the CCMA Industry Awards stage, being a semi-finalist in the Sirius XM/CCMA ‘Top of the Country’ competition, being awarded the ‘Male Artist of the Year’, ‘Aboriginal Artist of the Year’, and ‘Video of the Year’ awards at the 2018 Manitoba Country Music Awards, and ‘Country Album of the Year’ at the 2019 Indigenous Music Awards.
