For Nova Scotian Soul and R&B artist Lindsay Misiner, 2024–2025 has been a landmark year. Two singles from the project have already made waves—garnering placements on her first Spotify editorial playlist and reaching significant streaming numbers. Most notably, Misiner was added to multiple major Apple Music playlists for the first time. This kind of recognition is a rare and exciting achievement for a Nova Scotian artist releasing their first major project, and she is not taking it lightly.

FACTOR’s support has played a vital role in bringing Lindsay’s creative vision to life. The funding enabled the production of two high-quality music videos, with a third currently in the works to accompany her next single. These visuals have added depth and dimension to her storytelling, helping her connect with a growing audience across Canada and beyond.

Her unique voice, grounded in soul and shaped by her East Coast roots, is finally being heard on a broader scale.
